Purchase from Third Party:
As stated in the terms and conditions, we will not be accountable for any purchases made from third parties through our website. We urge that if you purchased a product or item from a third-party link or website, you contact them and follow their policies. We do not accept third-party refund, return, or exchange requests.
Our Refund and Return Policy:
We do our best to check and test each order before sending it out for delivery, whether it’s for its quality, efficiency, style, number, address, or product accuracy. It is hereby stated that we will make every effort to complete each purchase with the same level of quality and standards. When a customer purchases one of our products, we are ecstatic, and we want them to keep coming back. We also provide refund and return policies in the following ways:
- Purchased Products with a Purchase Price of less than or equal to $3000 USD are only eligible for refund or return with the approval of our customer support representative.
- Products purchased for more than $3000 USD to $100,000 USD are not eligible for refund or return at any point.
- Customized orders or orders placed on special request are not refundable or returnable.
However, refunds or returns for products under $3000 will only be accepted with the approval of our customer support representative. We will only consider such refund or return requests if you make or submit them to us within 24 hours of receiving the product, together with your true reason for refund or return. We will review your request and, if required, grant you a refund or enable you to return it; we will provide you the relevant correspondence based on your submitted request. We have the right to decline any refund or return request you submit.
Refund, Return or Exchange Cycle:
If we approve your refund or return request, we hereby declare the following;
- We will charge a processing fee of 15% of the total purchase price. The refund cycle will be between 15-25 days from our approval date and the refund will be sent in your specified account or as we mutually agree.
- If you return or exchange a product, it will be redelivered to you within the normal delivery period, which begins on the date the product is received at our warehouse or storage.
Our Refund in Some Other Circumstance:
We will be delighted if you contact us for a refund in the following circumstances:
- If you made any payments twice as a result of a mistake,
- If you make a payment due to a technical error, and/or
- If we issue a refund in accordance with our refund policy, which we have the right to change at any time.
